Incorrect front brake caliper bolts may have been installed and could damage the mounting threads on the fork, causing the caliper to loosen.

A loose caliper may reduce braking, increasing the risk of a crash.

Dealers will inspect and -- as necessary -- replace the front brake caliper bolts and forks free of charge.

Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed June 27, 2022.

Owners may contact Zero customer service at (888) 841-8085. Zero's number for this recall is SV-RCL-022-004.
